Before you bomb, give Siphotrol Plus 2 a chance. Also capstar the animals and dose them with whatever else flea medicine you use. Bombs are kind of a last resort option.

did u just get rid of a dog? If so, that's the problem. Flea bomb work a little but about 2 weeks after the dog is gone, the flea will leave too.

THAT is the #1 most effective way imo. We did that AND one bomb in each room as another poster said. Also happened to have some diatomaceous earth so I put some in the carpet and yard.

DO treat your yard too. You may want to hit it again 5 or so days after to get the ones that hatch.

Unless your infestation is really bad, I believe just getting the dog comfortis or one of those type pills will work since they die without a host.

I had used flea killing carpet spray. 2 applications and all gone. I had two indoor cats get out and spend time in the yard during flea season. I didn't even think of fleas until a week later when they showed up.
