If this is indeed the case I think it would be the first documented case of a gator killing someone in Louisiana.

Yeah, I never heard of a LA Gator doing this. Swamp People should be epic next season.

I handled a case of a small boy who was killed by a gator on a golf course years ago. they listed it as a drowning and said the gator grabbed him after he drown. it was bullshite

People have been feeding the gators here for decades. An extra "friendly" gator wouldn't surprise me at all.
