Not sure exactly becasue it was included in the house cost (not the doors,sink,or grills). I cant imagine it was much for the brick and frame. Granite was like 1600 worth I think. The equipment was the bulk of the cost...but lucky I got the primos at an outstanding price...almost 2 for 1

The small wall will have some louvered Bahama style shutters above it. On the other side of the fireplace is two 3'x9' doors. Above both the shutters and doors is a louvered transom...but they made them too tall so they are fixing them up. You can see the frame still where the doors are going. Neighbors behind me unfortunately...right now my yard is just dirt...landscapers start in a cpl weeks...will need some trees along the fence!
