Obviously, he doesn't have the body that Megatron has, but...

Last year, caught 110 passes for 1500 yards in his first year being a #1 WR after the Steelers let Mike Wallace go to Miami.

This year, he has caught 60 passes in 8 games for 852 yards. He is on pace for 120 catches for over 1700 yards which would break records he set last year for the Steelers. Hes also lethal on punt returns.

Hes only 5'10", but I don't think theres a WR in the NFL that I would take over him right now.

He also holds an NFL record of 24 straight games with at least 5 catches and 50 yards receiving.

Oh, and gifs...

Dude is a beast. Some of the catches he makes are ridiculous, especially for his size.

Extremely underrated too.

I would still take Megatron over him. He's good enough to be in that tier with AJ and Julio

After the bye week, Calvin Johnson will remind everyone who the best wide receiver is

the most overrated is dez, who relies on great hands and athleticism, but can't get open to save his life

brown is the underrated elite receiver

megatron, when healthy is the best, but right now it is DT88

size, speed, route running, hands, he can do it all and better than anyone else

I go megatron then A Brown. He's been almost unstoppable for the past season and a half.

he needs to stay on the field, but yes...last season he was the best receiver in football and did so with garbage at quarterback and not even being able to run routes very well

I probably wouldn't take him over Megatron, but it's not a given. He's on the level of Green Thomas and Julio and I would probably take him over those two right now

For sure? You'd take him over Megatron, DT88 and Dez? What about AJ Green, B Marshall, and Julio? There's too many big, freak athletes at WR to say Brown is top 3, IMO.

It's hard to separate them based on their QB play too. Thomas is clearly a man child and really damn good but he has Peyton tossing him the ball. Brown gets underrated because he isn't a 6 3 or 6 4 freakshow like basically every other elite NFL WR. He's the only small one in the league right now IMO

He certainly makes a compelling argument.

I would most definitely take him over Dez and Marshall. The others I dunno, it's really close. Brown's hands, body control and running ability after the catch plus the return ability give him a really unique skill set

Receiver is tough to rank because it depens so much on the QB position. DT88 has an advantage to Marshall due to who is throwing him the ball. You could probably do a top 10 and interchange them with about the same results. Except for healthy Megatron. No one is better than healthy Megatron.
