XBox One Recommendations...

I'll be buying AC: Unity and Dragon Age when they come out, probably. May wait a little on both for reviews. Also thinking about FIFA 15, Madden 15. Other than those, I don't know anything about XBox One games. I just bought one because my 360 was dead and it wasn't much more to go the One route.
What should I be looking into now, or looking forward to?

If you like shooters, get Destiny now. Halo Master Chief Collection (Halo 1-4) comes out in two weeks.
Sunset Overdrive has received good reviews, as well as Shadows of Mordor. Both came out recently.

master chief collection if you were a halo fan at all
gta v if you want to hop on the gta online pain train
shadow of mordor was enjoyable. pretty solid tie in to lord of the rings that doesn't lean on the source material too much for support. playing around with the orc military hierarchy can be entertaining.
sunset overdrive has been a blast so far. open world a la dead rising/crackdown with a high degree of mobility. off the wall weapons that are fun to use.
time to play devils advocate - avoid destiny at all costs. it's horrible.

If you really wanted to play Destiny, you should have bought yourself a PS4. PS4 is getting more content than Xbone. If you really wanted xbone, you should have waited like 5 days for the price to drop by $50.

My favorite single player game this year is Wolfenstein The New Order. If you can pick it up cheap and like shooters it great. The Metro Redux package is also great if you have not played either. Not a whole lot coming out right now besides AC Unity. In Feb Evolve and The Witcher 3 will release.

It is. I couldn't put it down last night. I think I spent like 3 hours last night running around the city picking up collectables and not even playing the story.
