Anyone have an opinion on which method or instructor is best. Just Youtube and watch em all, or focus on one specific routine and practice up to that?

I would invest $12 and buy Andy Stanford's book entitled "Surgical Speed Shooting." Andy is a well respected trainer and master class shooter. The book is a synopsis of what he teaches in a two class that has the same title.
It's a "classic" and contains a lot of good info, photos, etc. LINK

I have a LaserAmmo setup. Uses a webcam and software to provide a target and feedback.
