LSU is the only team in the CFP rankings that's played 9 games

The teams still undefeated have been on the field 2 times less than us this year.
Our open dates were back-loaded this year, which has made our schedule more of a grind to this point than any of the other 25 ranked teams.
Not saying we'll be in the top 4 at the end, but winning out would at least make us a dang strong team.

We are #19 with 3 games left - only one tough one. We do not have enough room to win out and make it unless a slew of SEC West teams lose in front of us.
Losing to Auburn 41-7 is the killer.
I don't blame Brandon Harris for the loss. He wasn't ready. But, if LSU loses by 2 TDs instead of 5, it might make a difference at this point.
But, IF everything fell just right and LSU won the West and won the SEC, they would be 11-2 and would make a strong case for a top 4 bid. Even then, I am not sure.

Why in the world do you think Arkansas won't be tough?
They'll be winless. Coming off a bye. We will be coming off playing Bama. Their strength on offense is our weakness on defense.

I think he meant "tough" in terms of wins that would be nationally impressive...

Yup. Whole team didn't seem ready for that kind of challenge yet. I really wish we could have gotten State or Auburn later in the season.

After we beat bama, we'll be one of the very few 8 win teams. Look for us to jump to a 9-11 spot.

Good, considering Harris doesn't play defense or offensive line.
