He makes our strategy of attacking the basket and not finishing legit.

He moves pretty well down low. And, as Monty said, if he can up his offensive game slightly, he'll be great.

The "Istanbull" was wrecking shite last night. Getting him paired up with AD is looking fantastic right now.

This. There is enough people that can score on this team. Give me double-digit rebounds and a block or two and I am good.

The rim almost threw his shite in the stands.

He may score more than that, we are terrible at finishing at the rim and he was dominant on the glass. I could see him averaging 13-14 just from put-backs and foul shots.

All he needs to do is improve his ability to catch and finish within 5 feet of the basket. He's actually better than advertised at that, but there was one sequence where AD got stopped on the left baseline, he passed it to Tyreke in the middle of the lane who drew a double team and dumped it to a wide open Asik on the right side of the lane about 5 feet from the basket and he couldn't get it in. I think he probably needed one more step to score comfortably, and he was open enough for something like that 2 handed 1 dribble and a hop that you see bigs do sometimes, but what we saw as him attempt to get to the rim with no dribble from that distance and it's just too far with his lack of athleticism.

I was impressed with his Defense, Rim Protection, Rebounding, etc. He looked awesome in all of those categories. Next to AD just makes it lethal.

He does have stone hands and can't make a FT, but we already knew that coming in.

Him and Davis are beasts down low together.

I might have missed it, but I didn't see much hedging at all last night. It helps that Orlando had no one with worrying about past 15 feet, but still a promising change

There wasn't a lot of hedging. I liked it.

Not sure if this deserves its own thread or not
