I think he's pretty much telling the truth and that this is a huge reach for those who desperately want to be "offended"

No big deal. But which player speaks Yiddish? Israelis speak Hebrew totally different.
I know bissell Yiddish no biggie.
Get the hood reference though

"The following is a great example of the growth of our league. There are 101 international players on NBA opening night rosters, which represents 22% of the league. We have five [5] international players on our roster (33%), which includes Andrew Bogut, Leandro Barbosa, Festus Ezeli, Ognjen Kuzmic and Nemanja Nedovic. We've come a long way…"
Guber responded to the email by writing, "I’m taking rosetta stone to learn Hungarian Serbian Australian swahili and hoodish This year. But it's nice."
seriously
frick anybody who was offended by this obvious typo
hell even in crazy land where this wasn't a typo, it isn't a big deal

I didn't think it was either but the douchey morning host on Memphis sports radio this morning was trying to figure out every way possible for it to be on purpose and was a ring like it was a big deal

even if it is a big deal, it's not a bad comment. "hoodish" would mean ghetto, which is not a racial term. it's a socio-economic term
but the comment was clearly meant to reflect a non-american language/dialect, so "hodish" literally makes 0 sense

I think it was a typo but don't for a second act like our society is rational enough to come to this conclusion. It would be considered racist and he would be ousted/made a social pariah

I'm going need to check Bomani Jones twitter to see if it was racist and intentional.
Yup, sure was. Saying Swahili was racist too.

Idk about Bomani but I already asked Jemele Hill and Stephan A Smith and they both told me it's the most racist thing since George Wallace

That's actually really fricking funny. He could just blame Apple or whomever for having a racist autocorrect.
