Not exactly your average "Iwo Jima"...
In a new video released by Agence France-Presse, a fighter for the Islamic State appears to head back down a hilltop after planting the Islamic State flag.
Moments after he turns to walk away the hill is bombarded with bombs, leaving the Islamic State fighter in the dust.

ISIS/ISIL probably has smartened up by now and started using captured civilians in Kobani to run those flags up that hill: "Plant this flag on that hill over there, haul arse, and you can rejoin your family."This is about the fifth time this exact scenario has played out in the past week and I wouldn't be surprised if the latest flag-planters are not ISIS/ISIL members - they're evil, but not always stupid.

I would think those are ISIS fighters because symbolically it is important to have your own people planting a flag and not a prisoner.
