NOLA Ritz masseuse ejaculates on customer. Reverse happy ending.

Charles Russo, 30, was booked Sunday (Oct. 26) with sexual battery following a 16-month investigation by New Orleans police. An NOPD sex crimes detective obtained an arrest warrant in May, along with a search warrant to be served on the five-star hotel for Russo's employee evaluations and disciplinary records.
Police said in the warrants the incident occurred around 7 p.m. on June 1, 2013. The woman told police she reported Russo's act to hotel staff and security, but "wasn't assisted with any police action." Detectives said they learned Russo previously had been disciplined after a different patron reported "sexual advances," but that he had been allowed to continue working at the upscale French Quarter spa.
Ritz-Carlton general manager Jim Oliver would not say Monday how long Russo worked at the hotel or whether he had been disciplined following the earlier complaint. Oliver also would not say whether Russo had been terminated after the second allegation of sexual misconduct, but Russo cited no current employer on his arrest paperwork.
