I've had everyone's boudin here so far and Ronnie's smoked boudin has done it for me. I've seen people rave about T-Boys on here but I enjoyed at least 2 other booths more than them

I don't find T-boys was as good as in previous years. I was a fan of Champagnes from Carencro and Mel's out of Eunice. Although, T-boys jalepeno wasnt too bad either now that I'm eating another piece.

I don't remember their name, but whichever booth was serving the jambalaya balls, I liked their boudin as well

I left already. Got there around 11:30. There wasn't an absurd amount of people. Pretty easy to just get your sample and move on. My only complaint would be having to walk to the side street to get a damn beer. Don't understand why they couldn't set that thing up closer

I agree 100%. I really wasn't impressed w/ T-Boys at all. My wife and son's favorite was Champagne's which was very good. I voted for T-Jim's because I love their smoked red boudin.
