For a round steak? Are your teeth finely sharpened and serrated?

Step 1: kill the deer.
Step 2: clean that deer.
Step 3: drink a miller lite with bloody hands and take pictures.
Step 4: tell momma I got some deer for her to cook.

I'm all about some medium rare strap but I don't think this would work too well with tenderized steak.

I was referring to the back quarter. Not the shoulder cut.

Make sure to brown it on high heat obviously
