I'm smoking ribs at home w/ potato salad and baked beans. Going to watch in HD on my couch with friends (Don't have tix and I live 6 hours away). What's on your tailgate's/party's menu?

I have a dry rub i blend and will do a modified 3-2-1. I don't foil for a full 2 hours on a STL rack because its gets to tender/mushy. I like a little tug, so i usually foil for an hour, and then let them go until they will bend. Tomorrow i will probably use a commercial sauce to sauce at the end. Probably Baby Ray's. I just do not want to have to make a sauce on top of everything else with people over. If i knew how to do pics on here i would post pics.

Country style pork ribs, smoked for a while and then grilled to get a little surface char, then sauced.

Kettle chips, BBQ beans, slaw. Sister Schubert rolls, Miller Lite.

A shot of Bourbon to honor the tears of UK suffering their second loss to the SEC west in the past two weeks.

You're a better person than me. The wife knew well before we got married that I don't miss games for weddings and damn sure wouldn't our own during football season. Don't understand how people can't comprehend this but get upset when you choose the game over their wedding

I don't understand how grown men put so much importance on 18 year-olds playing football. See how easy that was?

That said, people in big college towns should consider it. People in Monroe should have to worry about an LSU game. Just my opinion.
