....a Monroe, Louisiana radio station was busting out the Rocky Horror Picture Show tunes.

How many of y'all thought going to Rocky Horror was cool back in the day? If you did go, what year are we talking?

What's your favorite cereal topping?

What do we bring to the orgy?

I saw it as a just-turned-teenager in the early '80s as University Cinema (RIP). Aside from a few songs ("Time Warp" and the oldies rock number -- Meatloaf's finest hour) and Susan Sarandon in a bra and panties, I thought it was horrible. The audience participation was far more entertaining than the witless film.

I'll never forget as I was walking out, some yuppie milf was telling some other people, "I want to apologize for bringing you here. I'm sorry the audience spoiled the movie for you."

What station was this? Must be 90.3 or 91.1 as they may be only ones able to pull it off.

I don't remember what year it was but it was soon after the movie came out. The audience participation stuff hadn't even started yet at that time. I saw it at The Varsity when it was still a movie theater.

I thought Tim Curry and Meatloaf were great in it. The movie itself was kinda meh but I could tell it was destined for cult classic status.
