If I see ONE MORE Mary Landrieu ad on youtube, I'm gonna scream! Literally every video I have watched on youtube recently always has either a pro or anti Mary Landrieu ad attached to it. I do care about the issues and I do want things to get better in our state, there's just so much BS in politics that it's hard to know who to root for these days. The thing that has always made me upset is the mud-slinging ads. I know they've always been a part of campaigning, but seriously, you have to dredge up stuff about your opponent to try to give yourself an advantage? It's one of the things I can't stand about politics.

How does it feel to be part of the problem with this country and this world?

Come on man, there's so much BS in politics, a person doesn't even know what to believe anymore. There's no clear cut resolutions going on, just continual debt and drama. Now, I'm not saying I don't love my country, I am a proud American and my love for my country has nothing to do with my distaste for politics. When you see continuous mud-slinging ads from politicians looking for any advantage to get ahead in their campaign, it gets tiring very quickly.

Do you make an honest effort to vote in every local, state, and federal election?

Do you study your local candidates and make informed decisions at the polls?

Yes, actually I do. Trust me, I believe in the ideal form of government that our country was founded on, the democratic way of life where citizens vote for a representative who will honestly represent them and make sure their needs are met. Yet there is so much corruption and dishonesty at the political level, it makes one wary of who to trust. This has always been the case of course, as long as human beings have had governments, there has been evil among men. I do vote, and in my heart hope that the candidate I vote for is honest and actually wants to make a change, but there's so much "politics" in law-making that even if a candidate wants to make a change, he has to go through the gauntlet while being hounded by lobbyists. It's no surprise that one of the two topics people don't like to talk about it politics (the other being religion) because it's so divisive.

You know what will happen if Landrieu wins?

Nothing.

You know what will happen if Landrieu loses?

Nothing.

Just because you don't have an interest in politics doesn't mean politics won't have an interest in you and will leave you alone. You're nothing more than a walking and talking tax apple for the gov't to take a few bites out of.

She would've voted for ObamaCare and thus our insurance premiums going up and losing plans we liked and forced to buy shite we don't need like maternity care.

fricking this.

Seems like YouTube has a lot more ads during the political season. It's awful.

FWIW I've seen Bill Cassidy ads as well.

Honestly, they both suck.
