Here are the steps.
1) LSU wins out, 6-2 conference record;
2) Alabama beats MSU and Auburn at home;
3) Auburn beats Ole Miss and loses to GA and Alabama;
4) Ole Miss beats MSU in Egg Bowl.
5) Four way tie between Alabama, LSU, MSU and Ole Miss, all with 6-2 conference records;
6) LSU wins tie-breaker with best record in head to head competition among co-champs - LSU and Ole Miss 2-1 amongst co-champs, Alabama and MSU 1-2, with LSU beating Ole Miss;
7) LSU beats GA in SEC Championship game and is selected as number four seed for CFP;
8) Rest is easy.

Can LSU beat one team in the top 10 before everyone gets carried away about being NCs. I think LSU has a real shot at this game, but lets do something first.

The year we won the championship with two losses, I had constructed something eerily similar to that.

My ole man, 84 year old bdooster and die- hard, called me an idiot.

But for 1. I'm an old timer, so Pitt beating WV seemed not only possible but probable and 2 I had already figured out the reshuffling of votes the BCS was going to do at the end as it tried to hang on to it's eventual destiny of becoming history.

Up vote simply because you obviously did some thinking here, regardless of how crazy I think you might be.

I have Little confidence that we win out, but it is interesting that the other Five things we need are all very likely to happen:

-Alabama beats MSU
-Alabama beats Auburn
-Auburn beats OleMiss
-Georgia beats Auburn
-OleMiss beats MSU

The first four Will happen IMO ...the last one I'm not so sure of. OleMiss is not a Top5 team....MissSt is. OleMiss is basically LSU with a tad better defense.
