Well if he says his dad will kick your arse just say that you've spoken to his dad and he can't kick anybody's arse now that he has recently been diagnosed with hepatitis. Then say, btw your mom and dad are getting a divorce, assuming they are married.

The real issue here is that the kid knows where you live. So if you do anything, you run the risk of the little bastard fricking with your property or family, since he's clearly such a bad arse.

You did the right thing. I would've beat his arse because he was threatening you on you're property. Plus that skateboard could be considered a weapon. That way if his parents get involved you're in the clear. But that would open a bunch of crap that isn't worth dealing with.
If he messes with you again, just find out where he lives and beat his dad's arse.

Let him get a little down the street. Then floor it down the street screeching halt just ahead of him. Jump out the car and come at him with a look of rage all violently. When he's cowered on the ground holding his board like a shield, calmly say, " that wasn't very nice. You should apologize." .
