Installing the energy 5.1 take classic.
Best way to set it up.
Do I mount all the speakers even the center?
Do I hang them in the middle of the wall or the ceiling?
Where is the best place to put the subwoofer?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I'm not an expert, but if I remember correctly...
Center and front speakers should be near ear level.
Rears should be mounted high.
Sub can go anywhere.

You did pretty good until this.
OP. Place the sub in your listening position. Now move around the room and listen to the sub until you find the location with the smoothest response and without boomy, one note bass. That is where you should position the subwoofer without getting into acoustical treatments and measuring.

I'll take 2 out of 3. I kinda expected someone to tell me I was way off on everything.

No rear ported speaker should be hung on the wall.

Does that mean it can't even be mounted?

These with ports in the rear
you can not mount flat onto a wall. They need to be a few feet from a wall to get the best low end response.
The ports are in the front of the center
so you can mount it right onto the wall.
After saying all of that, look at the hanging bracket on the speaker
so clearly they aren't against you hanging it. Hard to say WTF they're doing with that. It would be great to get it at least a foot away from the wall if possible.
