How much does it cost? What kind of results did you get? Worth it?

Not me but my coworker. She has lost 22 pounds and it's expensive.

I am on day 5

This is the first diet i have ever done......ever.

I am a major sugar holic

I have lost 6 pounds thus far.

There is a consult fee

and i would say at least 90 bucks per week plus grocery

I am struggling to eat 4 cups of raw veggies a day. (since i really don't eat veggies)

I am drinking a good 75oz of water a day ....at first was a chore but has gotten better (I am addicted to coca cola)

Everyone I know that has done has lost weight.

I don't know much about it other than it is expensive.

That's amazing. Good job! Is there any possible way to do it and not have it be so expensive? Like maybe not buy it every week and just every other?

Are the vitamins absolutely necessary?

Can you get around the consultation?

I can ask one of my friends, but I vaguely remember them saying they were going to buy some knock off products instead of the brand name because it was cheaper.

Save your money and get a Paleo Diet book.

I know several people that have lost weight on this diet only to gain it back faster than they lost it.

What is the consult? It seems as though it's self explanatory. Buy the food, follow instructions, lose weight. The consult part sounds like a scam. Am I way off?

One of the things i was thinking was after i lose the weight from ideal

was to alternate intervals of ideal and paleo just to maintain.

Shakeology is cheaper and I've gotten amazing results with it combined with exercise.
