Creekstone Farms Brisket (What Franklin uses) anyone used them?

Just seem way too expensive for a brisket ($120) a brisket... Creekstone Farms

Damn thats more than a whole ribeye or tenderloin

I paid around 60 for my last brisket and thought that was high

No way I'm paying that. I can buy USDA Prime whole packer brisket every day for less than $4 per pound.

We have used creekstone ribeyes at my restaurant. I would say its the best choice grade of meat you can get. Now not sure if what's on the website is better than what we were getting or not. But that being said that website is quite pricey. We were getting ribeye loins for less than 1/3 of what they are charging. We are using Akaushi ribeyes at this point.
