Cedar is for fences and salmon....not beer.

This beer toes the line of tetu-worthy. It's bland and boring (I'm still a little stuffy which likely contributes), but it's not outright BAD.

It's not absent, but it's also not too strong, which is probably a good thing.

Is this a joke? I don't get growler jokes really. I'm just assuming everything referencing me this week is either a shot or a joke

I've got a clear growler which I've never understood the purpose of. Who makes a clear growler? Abita, that's who

I got a couple Alchemist cans for you. That was the last HF growler. It was getting on 3 weeks. Still great, but I was getting nervous and had to act.

Did I mention my trip to New Glarus on Saturday? Trying to appeal to your sour side.

Do they have any sours out right now? I'd be fine with a couple revolution cans. I'm sure your regular haul is worthy.

I dig it. Not quite as robust as I remember it being last year. Really zero nose to speak of, but the hops are nice and bright and the mouthfeel is light and crisp which is how I like an IPA to be. Nice lingering slightly sweet citrus bitterness. Smell reminds of the live well on my dad's old Skeeter for some reason. Going to grab a growler Friday for the weekend if they still have some left. Think they will .. I was the first growler pour today and I swung by around 4p.

How was that 2013 Matilda? Figured as a pale ale it'd be off by now .. but GI beers seem to possess age-defying qualities a la an old black gentleman.
