My RB are Ellington and Charles. My WR are Dez and Marshall. So essentially I'm trading two flex spot players for Nelson. I think its a no brainer, but figured I'd ask.

His WR - Nelson, T Williams and RB - Sankey, Lacy, Oliver

Have you been offered this?

Jordy is the #1 WR in FF.

No but the guy is 1-6 so thought I could maybe swing him for 2 solid players. His roster is below average outside of Nelson. I could offer more if necessary to get him, but would obviously prefer not to

He won't do it.

It'll take Ellington and Marshall or just Charles to get Nelson

I'd say no.

That's a solid starting 4 imo.

Yeah I'm good with my roster, but my flex is always a question mark week to week. If I can swing something more solid, then I'll be pleased. My bench consist of Bradshaw, Crabtree, S Smith, McKinnon, Sanu, and J Reed.

You should absolutely be happy with Bradshaw in the flex, he's a RB 2 in PPR

If my roster was that bad and I was trading a stud, I would ask for 3 starters in return.

He's still scoring a lot. Besides I wouldn't take Steve Smith out of my flex if I was you anyway

This.

I'd love to have Bradshaw as my RB2 in a couple of leagues.

Depth for stud is usually a win-win depending on trade, but again Jordy is the #1 WR in FF. That ain't flex. Between Bradshaw, Smiff Sr, Reed, Crab, McKinnon, Sanu - you have a weekly good to great flex.
