First time poster hear. Long time reader. Looking for a place to ship sausage. Can't find any good smoked sausage or andouille here. Is Teets in Ville Platte good? Recommendations appreciated! Thanks.

Teet's in Ville Platte is the best I've worked with. They're very accommodating and their products are top quality.

If you're in the area there are plenty of places you can pick some up and carry on the road that you must travel. Even take some down the highway in the night.

The smoked meats, sausage, tasso, ponce, slab bacon, are all solid if you like the heavy smoked Ville Platte style meats. I like the Boudin, less liver used than around Lafayette, and the hog head cheese.
It's worth a try if you've never had it.

Their pork tasso is so damn good. I put it in most all my gravies, beans, ice cream...you get the idea
