I am going to try to sell high on him this week. What would good value for him be?

My RBs are pretty good so here is my team
QB: Foles, Palmer
RB: Murray, Charles, R. Jennings , J. Bell
WR: Julio Jones, E sanders, Welker, Josh Gordon, Hopkins
TE: Bennett, Ertz

I could probably get a 2 for 1 with Murray maybe? RB & WR where Charles may only net me a WR. I tried to get Brandon Marshall from a guy in my league and he demanded I give him Murray
