Had great weekend. Took a nice buck with the Mathews, and my boy got his best buck, an 11 point, with his CVA Optima.

I've been lucky so far this season in that I've seen a lot of deer. No wallhangers though, so I decided the other day I'd take a shot at the first good sized doe I saw without a little one. This one and another walked out at 3:50 today. She ducked and I hit her a little bit high but 60yds later she piled up. She was 105lbs. 2" Grim Reapers haven't let me down yet. Got it on video. I'll put that together and post it soon.

Yeah, it's one weekend we won't forget for a long time. We don't see those bucks often where we hunt, and didn't have either one on camera, it was just our weekend....very special IMO...
