I give the MVP on special teams to Kentucky. Their punter is terrible, their coverage is terrible, and that opening kick was hilarious.

Rightfully blamed him for that shite show in Florida.

Only fair to give him props for their great play against Kentucky.

A resounding yes! He seemed much more involved. And I called him out after Fla game. So must give him his due this week.

Damn right....see quote from Score Board earlier this morning

quote:

quote: “What you have to do as a coach is point the finger at yourself first and say, ‘Hey, this is my fault. We’re going to fix it and here’s how we’re going to fix it.’” – Bradley Dale Peveto after the Tigers’ stellar special teams play a week following the struggles at Florida.

The kickoff recovery is one of the most bizarre ST plays ever.

Yes,but you have to admit the squib kick recovery was just a frick up on Kentuckys part.

Eh, LSU players were heads up. They deserve some credit for knowing where the hall was at the time. This doesn't always happen on punts or kickoffs.

Mind-blowing.

Kentucky played that like it was a punt.

It's like 11 guys wearing blue had a simultaneous brain freeze.

STs didn't hurt us much or help us much on balance till the Gators where it nearly killed us.

Against UK, I think the reason LSU dominated was the STs. Yardage wise the game was about even at half but the score was 27-3.

I think LSU would have won the game without those plays, but the dominance I credit to the STs.

A shame that doesn't seem to apply to Miles.
