Hey! Don't judge.

I've watched things and stuff.

Do I have to post the movies I've seen? Don't make me.

Probably one of the lower tier ones since I've been drinking. Something that is alright to fall asleep to.

Watch Deer Hunter

May I respectfully offer a counterpoint? To wit:

Don't watch "The Deer Hunter."

I'm sorry, I know it's a Very Important Movie and a classic and all that, but, Christopher Walken scenes aside, it's deadly, deadly dull. If you're going with 70s dramatic/action classics, "The Godfather" (and II), "Dog Day Afternoon", "Apocalypse Now", "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", "The French Connection", "Chinatown", etc, are all much more watchable. (And that's not counting comedy classics like "Holy Grail" or "Young Frankenstein"/"Blazing Saddles")

Edit: I just noticed "Taxi Driver." Absolute must-watch from the decade.

You know that friend you have with a weird/great sense of humor?

Buy a 6-pack, invite that funny/weird motherfricker over to your house, and watch Evil Dead 2 as soon as you possibly can.

Take my advice, Scruffy.

I have 3 stacks of movies I have purchased but have not yet gotten around to watching. Buy when they're on sale and then they just sit.

Here is one stack, don't want to go to the other room to see the other 2 right now:

Curb Your Enthusiasm S1
Collateral
Alien Vs. Predator
Observe and Report
Tropic Thunder
Sorority Row
We Own the Night
Underworld Evolution
Immortals
Land of the Lost
Burn After Reading
Meet Bill

1. Godfather part 2 better than part 1, imho, it is a cinematic master piece.

2. Taxi Driver, don't watch it with kids, a great flick. YOU SELL YOUR LITTLE CHICKEN ?

3. Deer Hunter: Vietnam pic about our returning vets, powerful.

4. Fargo: woodchiper./ Raising Arizona, both Cohen brother movies, hard to beat.

The rest are so so, with The Fighter, American Hustle and Midnight being the best of the rest.

i'd watch godfather ii first ... it's long, but you can drink red wine and eat italian food (which isn't that difficult to buy, in a pinch) the entire time, and that'll be a well spent 3 1/2 hrs before you crash ... never, ever watch godfather iii ... i would then watch 'american graffiti' next ... george lucas before george lucas was george lucas ... after that, i probably doesn't matter ... 'the deer hunter', if i remember correctly, lasts about 5 days, so there's that ... 'raising arizona' is pretty funny ... 'city of god' is pretty serious ... not much difference after that ...

People purchase physical copies of movies still?

With all the streaming options available these days I honestly can't remember the last movie I bought. I know it was a few years back on Xbox video though so even then it was digital.

I haven't bought a physical copy of a movie in a long time.
