Help Choosing an ATV

So my father and I are going to split the cost of an 4 wheeler. We have a Ranger 800 sxs and a 98 Kawasaki Prairie 400 that has been through hell and still runs but its time to move on. The ranger is a workhorse but is really tough in tight places so we are trying to fit that need. We live on near 100 acres of cow pastures and wooded areas and my father is part of a hunting lease with lots of land. You can imagine the uses that we get out of our equipment.
So I am asking, if you could pick any bike what would it be and why? I wont be looking for mud...but if i find it...i want to make it through (within reason). Lifting isnt gonna happen ever, but wheels and tire suggestion that will fit at stock height are welcome.
Also, if you suggest a certain brand, if you know who has the best prices please include that too.
I wont be around until probably 2ish to answer any questions that may come up. Thanks!

2014 Yamaha Grizzly 700 4x4 w/ EPS
Bought mine used off a guy in Atlanta that works for Yamaha with less than 20 hours on it. They are assembled in Georgia. I did the same as you and your dad with my pop. It was between the Grizzly and the new Foreman for me. I felt the Grizzly offered more than the Honda.

What's the approximate cost of a new Rancher? I'll need a new ride soon

Hondas ride like hell and have shitty rearends. Wheelbearings are too small.
polaris 500[carb]or 550 [fuel injected] sportsman would be my pick and this is after owning and working on them all.
next would be a Yamaha grizzly.

Everybody saying Rancher...can it fit 2 people? Also I am 6"3 325...dad isnt small and i doubt we will ride together but do yall think my size matters much?

For those requirements, as long as you're not looking for anything huge, or really powerful it would be tough to beat a 420 Rancher. I'd get a 4x4 foot shift solid rear axle. Should serve you well for many years.

i wouldn't go less than a foreman 500

Polaris Sportsman ETX or Can Am Outlander 450L
Both comparable in price and comparsions are not even close. Both have more towing and load capacity not mention WAY more HP. I would definitely check them out before making your final decision
