I almost grabbed a 4pack of the stout too, but figured I'd try the DIPA first.

2BD is a bottle of last year's Brooklyn BCS I found on my back porch Sunday. I suppose this came from Bbrou's grab bag of unwanted beers. It seems to me that BCS is an aberration in that it does not mellow with age. Rather, it seems to get boozier. I am getting some chocolate, dark fruit and roastiness, but the booziness overshadows it all.

Same here. There are no dates on the cans, but it tastes fresh. Don't expect a top tier DIPA and I think you will like it.

I totally forgot to grab a bottle opener.

FBD was a crappy High Life while cooking.
Snagged my drinking materials for gin martinis from Jones'.

LA TEE DA, R2R would be so proud.. I stirred my martini because I forgot the shaker.

SBD was a Gnarly Barley Radical Rye on tap at the house.

TBD was Pumpkinator split with the wife. OK, it was an 80-20 split.

Contemplating 4BD...

Front porch decorations. Figured it was appropriate.

4BD is a Local Option Morning Wood. Interesting oak aged coffee amber.
