How hard is it being a special teams coach?

From what I've learned from watching Hard Knocks you just have to curse a lot.

How hard is it to be one half of a coordinator? My guess is some make it look much harder than others.

I always thought you had to have one or two speed burners (who could attempt tackling) on the outside that could keep up or least cut off at an angle their speed burner.
