I would have a last meal. Lobster, T-Bone, apple pie with chocolate ice cream, and of course, fried chicken.

make it count.

Give all my stuff away. Call people I haven't seen in a while and then spend every last cent on hookers and blow.

I take care of all the money/bills in our house. I've made a folder for her with directions and account info if I should die. It's in our safe. It's useful for me, too. Between life insurance, retirement accounts, bank accounts, mortgage, car note, HSA, etc. and all the people that need to be contacted in the event of my death for her and ell jr. to be taken care of, it's going to really help her in a time when she shouldn't have to worry about all of that stuff.

2. re-write will

3. spend day with my family

4. laugh and tell stories

5. cry and tell everyone how much i love them

6. hold my favorite person in the world until my very last second

it would be wonderful to plan out such a day

Real talk. She should already know this. Things can and do happen suddenly and without warning.

Just one day, that's tough. Probably just spend as much time with my wife and 3 year old son as possible. Go do something just to see him have a fricking blast.

Probably make a video for my son where I try to tell him how much I love him and tell him as many things as I can think of that I would want him to know as he grows up. I'd like for him to have that as he gets older and inevitably time makes him forget his father.

Make sure my wife knows where / how to access all important papers, will, life insurance, etc.
