Picked up some shrimp and oysters from Cpt. Avery's. Don't know exactly how they're gonna be consumed just yet. I'm hoping this salty dog inspires me. Happy Friday.

Just had an oyster poboy and fries for lunch/dinner, and I'm so full. I think that's my one meal for today.

I thought you'd like that, Mr. Balls. I've fallen back into my Charter habit. I go back and forth between that, Hendrick's and pinot grigio on various nights.

Wink talked about a shrimp scampi recipe she used earlier this week in a WFDT thread. I can't remember whose recipe she used. I'll try to find the post.

Okay, Wink used Tyler Florence's recipe. She makes that one a lot and really likes it. Cap suggested some brown butter in it which sounds so delicious to me.
