The BBB is a joke

Me, the customer gives them an A+.

Everyone fricking loves Uber, but the BBB didn't get paid so they get an F

Lol who cares what they think?

this is going to sound really cliche, but the market will sort this one out. if people don't like surge pricing, etc, they will fail

Yeah, $35 for a 2 mile ride pissed me off on gameday.

Will be interesting to see how people react to the overpricing.

I've never used Uber, but I read this...
I'm wondering if the problems people are having is whether there is a large disparity between the "rates to expect" and the rates actually charged.

When rates are more than double, the surge confirmation screen also requires you to type in the specific surge multiplier to ensure you understand what rates to expect

I'd rather $35 than a few thousand dollars in lawyer fees or killing someone.

Or you could walk. 2 miles would take like 25 minutes.

It's $35 or walking 2 miles I don't understand the problem

Yeah. What's your point? No one put a gun to his head and made him get an Uber. And they tell you when there's surge pricing and how much it is. Not sure why the dude was "pissed".

Fck the BBB. At least now the BR market has some competition for the cabbies. Let the consumer decide what they like.
