With all the wailing and gnashing of teeth going on lately, I thought a little scene of some of the memories made by the Tigers in recent years might be appropriate:

of course not, but it was a little ironic to see there at the end

watching the names as they come out jogged my memory with how good that team really was

good times

Plus, reminiscing about the good days makes me feel worse about this shite show of a season, not better.

Interesting. I'm always fascinated about how people's minds work and how one thing can make people feel opposite reactions.

Thanks for the honesty.

The only reason Les ran to the wrong sideline is because that team was so young!

it shouldn't shock you that people on this board will find a way to view this negatively

Helps me understand why he didn't call that timeout with 10 seconds left in first half against Auburn.

Probably not. But human nature is a fascinating thing. I've always thought that some Psych or Sociology student could have a field day and put together a great thesis using the Rant's responses to some well chosen questions.

The first thing I thought when I saw it was all the great Tigers running onto the field proud to wear the Purple and Gold. Montgomery. Logan. L. Landry. Peterson. Ferguson. Mingo. Etc. Etc.

That was awesome. Thanks for posting that.

And lol at Rueben, last one out the tunnel. That guy always cracked me up at how nonchalant he is.

Thanks for posting. I hardly even look at this board anymore because of the negativity. This was a welcomed change of pace. I got chills.

I have an acquaintance who was a longtime college and HS coach in LA tell me that was the greatest collection of defensive talent he had ever seen.

Such a great game. I can't explain how happy i was that we destroyed a perennially overrated Oregon team to much fanfare.
