It was hard to make a worse logo than their original, but they succeeded.

I like the meanings (unlike the MLS BS). That logo just doesn't work.

I decided to post my thoughts before scrolling down and reading any other replies. It will be interesting to see how close/far I am to other opinions.

I actually love it.

Away with the three hardhat wearing dudes. I love the round, I love the name, the font style, the slash division inside the inner circle, the date, the stripes, the checker, everything.

A tremendously vast improvement and one of the best logos in MLS now.

That parody crest is hilarious. For some reason it always impresses and surprises me when people who are really into soccer like I am have thee sense of humor and wherewithal to put stuff like that together.

I like it. Although, I think the white border around the outside is completely pointless. They definitely could have left that off. But the use of the old shield shape for the "96" is a nice way to pay homage.
