Out of curiosity. Is there a month set aside for every race? There are only 12 months. Do some months have more than 1 race? What makes those months so special?
Also, do people even recognize these things? I didn't even know last month was Hispanic September.

I think it starts in mid September and ends in mid-October. They've contributed so little that they don't even get an actual month.

I petitioned for this month to be Honktober. But, I was out-voted.
I even added a compromise amendment to have it followed by Jigaboovember. Still failed.
Seriously, don't be jealous that you may not have a "pander month". It isn't really all that fantastic having one's head paternalistically patted and to be condescended to by "see..you guys did good stuff , too!" well meaning bullshite.

I know there are products that lighten the skin, but does anybody know if there are skin-darkening products (I'm not talking Coppertone)?
Hey, I know when im in a sinking ship. I have decided to become a person of color.
Edit- don't worry, I will still vote for conservative, even though that will make me an Uncle Tom. Or maybe an Uncle Jorge, depending on how well the skin-darkening process works.

There have been several instances where a school Principal with talent and vision has gone into an inner-city school and complete turned around the achievement level of the students. I remember watching a documentary about a school in Cleveland, OH (I believe), and the transformation that the female Principal engineered was incredible.
The brain-power is there. Imo, most of the problems stem from a dysfunctional culture. I'll probably catch some heat for saying that, but that's how I honestly see it.
