Aww man does this mean all the fake St George facebook accounts will stop now. They were so amusing.

Was always a dumb greedy pipe dream all about money period. By the way there will be massive annexations in the near future. St George will be lucky to keep Seigen Wall Mart hahahahaha.

The fight is far from over. You have to remember SG budgeted to continue paying 17million a year to the constitutional offices. That's easily changed.

yea it pretty much is. Can't keep public support this long. People become apathetic and just don't care.

When the petition drops, everything changes. You may be tired of hearing about it. We all may be tired. But this isn't a popularity contest. The volunteers are out every week, gathering more signatures for the buffer. I would like them turned in now, but it doesn't matter. It's a whole new ballgame when they drop.

It's clear the businesses requesting annexations are scared shitless of a St. George and want to hedge their bets. It's unfortunate as I sympathize with why St. George is trying to break away as BR has neglected them and the schools they send their kids too. But no matter what in all of this, it's clear that south BR still swings a pretty damn big dick in terms of money and influence because why else would BR be going nuclear on the incorporation effort?

Let me guess, St. Georgians still hold the position that their taxes won't be raised?

Good, Those "terrorist" in St. George probably would have turned that place into a shithole like they did to Central

Why would they go up? There is still no revenue deficit projected. There was a time when that casino didn't exist.....

You mean a community with strong growth and a great school system? Yeah, that sounds awful....

Was it about money when we fought for the SEBR school district? You have no idea what you are talking about. If it's over, why don't you explain to us what happens when the petitions drop?
