I have since changed careers and am happy now, but my greatest disappointment is investing time, education, and hard work in a career that just wasn't right for me. Coming to that realization was tough.

Not doing better in college. I just didn't take the time to study and do the work it took to get A's. I was working and if I had been able to dedicate myself to school 100% I would have finished with a 4.0. I got a good job and in the long run it didn't matter, but if I could go back I would apply myself more.
