His concern over what his legacy will be, power I vs Spread offense, is now bringing the team down.

Bo Schembechler never won a national title, but Miles thinks his 1970s football is the way to go in 2014.

He's more arrogant than Saban but miles hides behind his little retard act and people don't realize it

It's like he wants his 70's Michigan brethren to look at him with a tear in their eyes and say "man he reminds me of Bo".

Wears a hat just like him, wears a jacket like him, talks like him, runs the same scheme...probably throws a rope of baby batter on a towel to his picture every night.

I don't think that it is arrogance. He learned football 30 years ago and has been applying what he learned ever since. He won't adapt because he doesn't know anything else and has neither the desire, the intellectual capacity nor the energy to learn something new.

He probably still believes in his system because it worked for years. Doesn't matter, though, because he is not an innovator and he is probably befuddled by the new style of football. He certainly looks that way on the sidelines.

Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner!

If you actually pay attention to Saban, he will admit mistakes and then JUMP to try to fix them. That's why Bama stays relevant every year as national championship contender.

Anybody else notice all the pumpers seem to have disappeared? Is the evidence becoming too much for even them?

That is the most cogent statement ever written on this website.

You are so correct LSUtool, I have a little anecdote that my FAther in Law witnessed at the Grid Iron Club a few years back in Gonzales that would really let the Tiger nation know what a real a-hole les Miles really is but I wasn't there personally so I don't tell it but you can better believe he is an arrogant a-hole as you have posited and hides behind the fact with all his antics.

I got some first hand stories from ex-coaches at LSU and players who were totally lied to and stabbed by Miles.

4 of them to be exact. Told them to give up their scholarship and if they didn't life would be miserable and they would never see the field. This happened right before the Chick Bowl two years ago.

I have a feeling we're going to be hearing more of these kinds of stories after Miles is gone.
