I predict Les will resign before start

of next season. I think he is beginning to realize that this situation is beyond his ability and that the cycle will continue to repeat itself with players leaving for the draft. He simply is not capable of "coaching up" young players. I see a change in his whole demeanor and I think he understands that the shiny new car he inherited needs to be renovated and he doesn't know how to do it.
