For me, it was my first year playing(2009 I think) and what really got me hooked. Was playing one of my best friends dad, and he's a big shite talker. After Sunday's games were over I was down around 30 points in standard scoring.

All my hope rested in Desean Jackson on Monday night. I had already accepted defeat. First play of the game, Vick hits him for an 80 yard bomb. He went on to have a solid game. Then sometime in the third quarter he had trimmed the lead down to 4 or 5, and he returns a punt for a TD!!!

Before he even got in the endzone my phone was ringing and he was yelling profanities about how lucky I was I went on to win the league that year, and I've been hooked ever since.

Starting CPatt and McKinnon last night to the tune of 7.9 points.

Honorable mention losing AD and Gronk within about 5 min. of eachother last year during the fantasy playoffs... on my bye.

MNF, December 6th, 2004 - DAL @ SEA

I'm up 36 points and the only player the other guy has is Julius jones, RB for DAL. I'm feeling good.

Jones goes for 198 and 3 TDs and 3 catches for 11 yards. He puts up 39 points and I lose

Only fanatsy matchup that I ever remembered

Last year I was 1-7 and dead last in a 14 team league. Made some trades and some good WW moves, snuck into the playoffs, ran the table and won the Ship.

My first Ship was the year Foster and Jamaal Charles both became stars. Drafted Foster in the 5th and Charles in the 6th. Rode them all the way.

in my big money league, ive lost in the championship 2 out of the last 3 years.

Last year I lost by 2 points. I had Brandon Marshall on my team and they sat him at half in a blow out. Brees only got me 16, and Lamar miller .8

2 years ago i lost by 3 points. Dude(gyno) started Matt Moore and put up a 26 spot

Not football, but I think around 2003 or so, I played a lot of Roto fantasy basketball with CDM Sports. I rolled out 7-8 teams each year and cashed in pretty big for a few years consecutively. Never won the whole thing, but had a team in the Top 10-25 every year.

One more. FF related. 1995 I think? Drafted Robert Brooks and Isaac Bruce (breakout years for both). Ran away with the league. Year prior, I had Steve Young and he alone won my league.

2008 - first year playing fantasy football

Week 14 in the playoffs...down by 26 with just Antonio Bryant playing for the Bucs on MNF. Bryant racks up 24 points and then with just 2 and 1/2 minutes left in the game, he adds on 8 more points with this sick TD grab:

The year Arizona played NE in the snow. Me and my opponent were tied basically and it came down to Fitz vs Moss. Fitz stunk it up, Moss blew up and I won TDFL.

Whenever Rick Mirer was in the league, I signed/drafted him and started him as long as he was a starting QB - no matter the matchup, for laughs. Well, the year he was with the Raiders, my other QB was Favre.

Mirer got named the starter late in the season. I used him for my first two playoffs games and made it to the championship.

In this league, once the first game kicked off, your lineup was locked. Well, I started Favre. I loved playing Mirer, but I had to do the smart thing for the money. And then Favre's dad died.

So I called my opponent and begged and pleaded to let me start Mirer. He held firm that "rules were rules." So, against my wishes, I started Brett Favre on that memorable night in Oakland.

330 yards and 4 TDs, if I remember correctly.
