This became obvious after the Vikings promoted Chandler Harnish from the practice squad. It means Christian Ponder will become the third Vikings quarterback to start a game this season. It bears repeating that it's Week 5. Ponder will be Rotoworld's No. 30 quarterback for Week 5. Bridgewater almost certainly would have started were the game not on a short week. He's expected back under center in Week 6 against the Lions.
What does this mean for C-Patterson?

Im still benching him in a 10 team but I think Bridgewater is better than ponder for Patterson all day

I currently have Patterson on the bench - I have Hawkins inserted instead. STELLAR options at WR2.

I'm still currently waffling over starting McKinnon over Donald Brown and Gerhart
Think this news would hurt McKinnon enough to cause me to shift to a turrible RB playing a great run D?

Don't know what it means for Patterson. I have him in, over Kendall Wright and Knile Davis in one league. Hopefully it is good for him?
Ponder is 3rd QB to start - I can't recall - who was the original starter?
Also starting McKinnon over Gerheart, Blue and Taliaferro in another league. Toby sucks until he proves otherwise. Blue and Taliaferro are more crapshoots I think.
