Family plan went up by near $200 per payday.

What are you ballers paying for group plans? $750 beginning January. Per month.

And can anyone speak to the ethics and legality of "spouse surcharge"? Family plan is a fammily plan.

I think it's around $230-250 per payday for a family plan where I work.

I just have myself and it's $80 per payday now. I get $20 off each payday cause I did their health screening assessment.

$130 per month with bc/bs
VA is free and picks up most of what bc/bs doesn't pay.

Insurance companies are like the mob and doctors are notorious over billers, over spenders, and bad business people.

"spouse surcharge"? " is usually when your spouse has an option to obtain her/his own insurance but ops to be on the group plan at spouse's work.

This is usually waived if there is no group option for the spouse. Ask HR, OT
