Delta to Start Non-Stop Service Between New Orleans and Cancun in March

Yeah, several years ago. It's nice MSY will have regularly scheduled international service instead of charters to CUN and MBJ.

Yea, I went to Cancun straight from NOLA on my HS senior trip in 96... Pretty sure we flew Delta...

Aeromexico, Continental and TACA/LASCA (Last Chance) also ran down dowards there, CZL, CUN, and the TACA haunts of Central America out of MSY.

Not direct, but I picked up tickets on southwest for $425 pp from MSY to Cancun in January..
