Jennings could possibly start and play the first couple of series (I don't see the point of doing that but it could happen). If it is Jennings he will have a short leash now that Harris has shown he can do everything Jennings can do and so much more. Excited to see what Harris can do against Auburn with the weapons he has at his disposal. I think he is going to be a nightmare for their defense.

No chance. Kragthorpe all the way.

If AJ was going to start Les would have said so last night.

He was asked last night after the game if Harris is going to be the starter and he said "I am not ready to say that."

Jennings will start and if he can't get anything done within 3 series, Harris will come in.

That's my interpretation anyway.

Maybe Miles didn't want to divulge that information to the nation before having a chance to sit down and talk to his players about it.

Reading between the lines, he's going to tell Jennings in person that Harris is the man going forward

If this happens Les has no desire to win. Auburn will get ahead quick if we have 2 or 3 AJ series. Wouldn't surprise me, but would be disastrous.

Ding, we have a winner. Miles is in the unique position of playing the QB with the best chance to win without crushing the hope of the one who doesn't. It's a more delicate balancing act than most of the idiots here realize. Fans booing one of them makes it even harder. IMO, booing our own is unforgivable.

I would not be surprised to see this happen and kinda expect it. I also don't have a big problem with it.

Harris getting his first start on the road against a top five conference rival is a lot of pressure. I could see Les letting him come off the bench once the game is going.

Only drawback, and it could be a big one is Harris not getting all the first team reps in practice this week. But that probably won't happen anyways.

Jennings has never started a game on the road against a team in their own stadium

It will be absurd to start AJ just to be stagnant and play from behind

yeah after 2 picks and 11 yards passing against New Mexico State, and not seeing field after leaving the game with 7 min to go to halftime, if you're looking for Jennings, look on the bench.

Nobody booed a player. That was 100% directed at the staff.

Miles said Harris still has things to work on . It looks like to me that when Jennings is in offense is very simple, and when Harris is in offensive set is way different . So it looks like to me Jennings is the 1 who needs more time to learn not Harris

If history is any teacher, what do y'all really think will happen? CLM is stubborn especially when it comes to QB.

I think they were booing CLM. He is the one responsible for Jennings being in there. How can you boo a player?

You are right, he just started a home game against a shitty opponent and flat out bombed. You're right, he needs to be put in a harsher environment

ETA: misread your quote, but the point still stands. Jennings cant even get it done in the easy environment. Harris all the way!

Why people think players can differentiate who the boos are directed at is baffling.

I don't see the point of doing that but it could happen
true freshman starting his first two games on the road vs a number 5 Auburn and at the Swamp. Yeah that's probably nothing to worry about.
