Do y'all think last night proved that Brandon Harris has won the starting job?

I don't think Jennings starts another game, barring injury.

Jennings practices better and we all know the positigers and Les tell us that is what is important. That's how we always know Les plays the best players. He sees them practice and he is an astute judge of talent and who fits in his system. We ignorant fans only see the games and only know who does well there.

Y'all act like Miles has never benched his starter before and changed it up

The butthurt is strong here. Jennings saved us against Wisconsin in the second half. Brandon Harris almost did the same against MIss State. We'll need both at different times. Cheer for the guy who is on the field playing his arse off to try and get a win for his team. The fans who booed Jennings are embarrassing.

This is exactly what CLM said- but I just don't follow his logic- even the announcers supported Harris being our starter

Yep. And the moment Harris turns out to be a mistake-prone freshman, their (fans and talking
heads) loyalties will flip back and
they'll deny they ever thought differently.

It's over. Les alluded to it in his post game comments. The switch is coming but we will still need Jennings this season.

I'm not sure who will start. I know the world thinks Harris should, but Les is quirky. I do believe Harris will get 80% of the snaps at Auburn. Just hope we have not spotted them two touchdowns before he plays.

We're not going to operate that way," Miles said when asked if Harris was now the starter. We've always done things in a measured fashion. We'll go back on the film and communicate with our team, and not do so through the paper. We're going to do the things we do to reconcile the game. It's not necessarily the splash you guys want. It's just how we do things."

Given CLM's comments- don't look for logic to prevail- it's just how we do things.

Let's start a true freshman QB to just get even more experience with our true freshman WRs and RBs..

This current group playing together for 3 straight years is going to be incredible

All we are asking is that Brandon Harris gets a chance to start the next game and then it is up to him to prove whether that is a good decision. How do you know what a player can do if he never gets a chance? And yes evaluating unknown talent is an ongoing thing and if fans change their minds then it is a shame that the coaching staff can't make adjustments as well.

Everyone knows that just because you did well against New Mexico State does not mean you will play well against Auburn. But the fact is that Jennings did not even play well against NMS. Can he come back and play better? Sure he can and in fact I bet he will but you have to go with the guy who has the hot hand at the moment.

Agreed. First comment I made after game about QB- if Harris doesn't start Miles should be fired. His play cannot be any worse than Jennings. And has actually been significantly better. And has been better since spring game
