They do here at the magazine st store. Which APPEARS TO BE far inferior to the Lafayette store.

No, but I've seen the pics and heard the reviews. The UPT one is so terrible I drive to Metairie.

Made a roux for a gumbo with duck fat last Sunday. Turned out awesome

I prefer the Metairie location too--better selection overall and they have a myriad of wine options.

Mmmmm, had some duck fat fries at Reddwood in Yountville. Incredible. Really complimented the pork belly sammiches.

Rats! I forgot to do that. It was so jam packed around noon that I made my sushi selections, paid and left.
