I usually lay out bacon, put a dab of cream cheese on bacon. Then I put a jalepeno slice on cream cheese and then add Breast and roll it.

I'm Thinking of switching up and stuffing a halved jalepeno with the cc and meat.

What's the FDB preferred method?

Halve jalapeño, remove seeds, fill with cream cheese, place duck breast on top and wrap with bacon.

Yeah I did option 2 last night. Was easier and cleaner. Tasted just fine.

The crunch of the halved jalapeño makes it so much better IMO.

Consider slightly pounding out the breasts with a meat mallet and soaking for a few hours in French dressing.

Ingredients/Materials

Duck breast
Cherry peppers
Cream cheese
Claude's fajita marinade
Kabob sticks

Seed all of the peppers, stuff the pepper with cream cheese and a cube of breast. Roll inside of bacon. I cut my bacon strips in half. These little guys are more appetizer-sized. Slide 6 or 7 onto kabob. Take all of your kabobs and marinate them in the fajita sauce for an hour or so. Throw on grill.

This recipe is from one of my former bosses.

kababs seem so much easier than rolling all of those little bombs. Next time, I will do that.
