All knowing TD. I am in bye week hell. I only have k. Davis, p. Thomas, and d. McFadden available. The only possible move I can make is to drop Tate and try to pick someone up in free agency. Anyone see why this would be a problem? Please help me. I'm desperate. Thank you.

I would drop McFadden before I'd drop Tate. Tate has a shot at 20 carries/week in that Browns offense if he can come back healthy and hold off Crowell.

Std. Scoring. In terms of roster I'm am really happy with the rest of my roster and not willing to make any other moves because as of now I'm leading the league in scoring. I just want to know is there any reason I should be holding on to Tate or is he just blocking a spot on my roster.

Well then you don't really want advice. Tate is considerably more valuable than McFadden and probably others on your roster.

I would not drop Tate. If he can maintain 70% of the Browns carries and stay healthy (the big if), he will be extremely valuable.

I'm holding on to Tate

I think he would've started or at least played a lot this week if the Browns weren't on a bye

And when he does come back he'll be getting the majority of the carries and goal line work

I'm holding on to Tate in one league and picked him up in another (don't know why he was dropped).

As has been stated, health is the concern, but Tate could have solid value when he comes back next week.
